Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@mewzari.com. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. The return address may differ from the shipping address shown on the package.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, and complete with all included parts and accessories. You will also need proof of purchase or your order number.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mewzari.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement product, refund, or another appropriate solution, depending on the situation.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect: used products, products damaged due to misuse, incomplete products, products without the original packaging, personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used.
Products purchased on sale can only be returned where legally required or if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can request a return and place a new order yourself.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing may take several business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
